Development located on 8.4 hectares in Lublewo Gdańskie, Kolbudy in a luxury residential area adjacent to lake Kolbudzkie, 13 km from Gdansk city centre. Lublewo is located in the picturesque area of Radunia River Valley with green landscapes perfect for leisure and recreational activities but also within convenient commuting distance of Gdansk city as well as excellent motorway connections and access to the rest of the Tri-City area.

The Kolbudy commune approved the division of the land into 20 plots of areas ranging from 3.018 to 9.651 m2. On the plots we offer to build 4 types of buildings of 3 different sizes about 250, 350 and 450 m2. Our projects meet conditions of the Master Plan of Kolbudy Commune.
